Lepage to Chair OCO Bowl A Fun Fundraiser

Retired President Continues Support of Oswego County Agency

March 6, 2016  - One of Oswego County Opportunities’ most loyal supporters has been named honorary chair of this year’s “Fifty and Fabulous” Bowl-A-Fun.

David Lepage, who has served as president of G&C Foods for 15 years, said that he was “honored and delighted” to be chosen as honorary chair of OCO’s annual bowling tournament fund raiser.

This is also a special milestone for Lepage because of his recent retirement from the G&C Foods, a company that he helped to grow a culture of shared vision, effective communication, leadership development, customer service, and community involvement.

“OCO and G&C Foods have developed a close relationship over the past several years, donating more than $40,000 to the agency,” said Diane Cooper-Currier, OCO’s executive director. “This company truly believes in giving back to the community, and one way they do that is through involvement with our Bowl-A-Fun, participating as major sponsors and sending numerous teams of employees. They look forward to this event every year, and so do we!” G&C most recently presented OCO with a $25,000 donation.
