A: We primarily deliver along the East coast from Maine to Miami. G&C has grown to be one of the most respected re-distributors in the Eastern United States, delivering to 27 states and Latin America.

Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM - 1 PM
Saturdays: 5:30 AM - 1 pm (fresh product only)

A: We're glad you asked. We started our culture development initiative with a leadership development program in 2004. We have an entire section of our website dedicated to explaining the ins and out of our culture and programs. Take a look.


Q: What does G&C stand for?

A: G&C are the initials of the original owners.
G is for: Graham (Gary Graham)
C is for: Conrad (Butch Conrad).

Q: When can I expect my truck?

A: Most deliveries arrive the next day, but, this will depend upon the delivery schedule in your area.

Q: How big is G&C Foods’ warehouse?

A: G&C Foods has recently completed a massive expansion to our Syracuse warehouse, making it now over 500,000 sq ft. We have also opened additional offices in Miami, Florida and Rochester, New York.
