Is it superior planning on our part or perhaps divine intervention that our final Value, “Community Enrichment,” aligns perfectly with the season of giving back? At G&C, community giving is more than just a value—it’s a virtue. We see it as both our duty and our calling to invest in the communities where our Associates, Clients, and Vendors live and thrive.

We hold steadfast to the belief that a rising tide lifts all boats. With the incredible support of the people, we work alongside, we are inspired to actively contribute to the places we call home. As part of this commitment, G&C tithes 10% of its earnings. We deeply believe that our prosperity is rooted in our people, and as we grow, so does our dedication to sharing that prosperity with our communities.

But our involvement goes beyond financial contributions. At G&C, we roll up our sleeves and get involved:

G&C Foods’ donated 3 pallets of non-perishable food to hurricane relief in North Carolina.

• Leadership: Some of our team members sit on boards of nonprofit organizations, helping to shape impactful community initiatives.

• Support: We provide much-needed supplies to food shelters, assisting families in times of need.

• Care: We stand by our people, not just in their professional journeys but also in moments of personal crisis.

While it’s increasingly uncommon to describe a company as “like family,” we embrace this wholeheartedly. Without our people, none of our values—no matter how noble—would hold meaning.

As we prepare to open our second home in Alachua, we’re excited to join a new community and continue our mission of enriching lives.
