Jason regularly delivers to a key customer in the New England area, where he noticed an opportunity to streamline the process and enhance efficiency. The use of a lumper service, while standard, was taking longer than desired. Determined to improve the process, Jason collaborated with our dispatch team to develop a new solution: offering an on-dock breakdown service that allowed him to handle deliveries more directly and efficiently.

By implementing this approach, Jason was able to speed up the process and ensure that deliveries were completed in a timely and efficient manner. His initiative was met with great appreciation from the customer, who enjoyed the more seamless service.
