G&C Foods Celebrates the 33rd Annual Ms. Orange Fan Luncheon, Benefiting Make-A-Wish Central New York

Syracuse, NY – October 20, 2024 – Women from G&C Foods and the Central New York community gathered at the JMA Dome this past Sunday for the 33rd Annual Ms. Orange Fan Luncheon. This highly anticipated event celebrated the passionate female fans of Syracuse University Men’s Basketball to raise significant funds to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central New York.

Hosted by SU Men’s Basketball Coach Adrian Autry and Make-A-Wish CNY President and CEO Diane Kuppermann, the luncheon offered attendees the chance to meet the players and enjoy a variety of fan activities — all in support of granting life-changing wishes to local children. The day featured exciting opportunities like the sale of exclusive Ms. Orange Fan apparel, photo booth sessions, basket raffles, and poster autograph signings, with all proceeds benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

During the event, Coach Autry shared insights into the future of the Syracuse Men’s Basketball Team, introduced the new roster, and reflected on the legacy of former coach Jim Boeheim. He also highlighted the importance of continuing to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, emphasizing how the funds raised bring joy and hope to local children and their families.

As a proud sponsor of this year’s luncheon, G&C Foods was recognized with a Corporate Sponsor Award for its contributions to making the event a success. G&C Foods remains committed to supporting causes that enrich the local community, and this year’s Ms. Orange Fan Luncheon is a shining example of the power of collective giving!
